Leadership Coaching

Ongoing support, feedback, and advice for new and experienced managers

Sometimes we need a little perspective.

Having a coach means you can call someone that has managed and trained many groups of staff. Someone who’s had to hire, fire, and do remediation work. Someone who knows how to manage personalities that don’t quite mesh. Someone who knows how difficult it is to be a new manager and try to gain respect and trust of staff… or to be an old manager and struggle to connect with the new generation of staff. I’m here for you!

From the beginning, Katie’s communication with her clients exceeds expectations. It’s well-timed, clear, punctual, and applicable. Katie actually listens to the customer and gives them what they want in her own style. Her content has outcomes and motivates staff to transfer their learning to a larger group. She has encouraged me to find different ways to work with my staff and invite them to become part of the journey we’ve started.
