I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, including: an ESD Outdoor School coalition in Oregon, agency camps in Colorado, a small dental practice and city Parks & Recreation Department in Wisconsin, a private summer camp in Maine…. 

Leaders and organizations with whom I work clarify their needs, proactively address issues, create positive cultures, and support diverse perspectives.  

Life skills developed in my innovative leadership program give people a greater sense of confidence, ownership, and motivation in their work with co-workers & clients.
