Staff training & development session includes: planning time, 6-12 hours of training & follow-up visit $1000-2300 + travel Support & services includes: meetings, planning time, and work $25/hour + travel (if needed) Interested in what I do, but worried the cost is too high? Investing in this training means your staff turn your program into an elite, high caliber one that in turn generates a loyal client following and more referrals, who express appreciation for your staff, leading to higher rates of return & less time on hiring, meaning you can put more energy into your staff and program... It's amazing what $1000 can do. Availability I only work with 6-10 organizations a year. This means you receive more attention & support for your staff and programs. Because I utilize a dynamic training model where we adjust activities based on the response of the staff and your comments, I need to be at your site for 2-5 days. Because I give your program my undivided attention while onsite, I am unavailable for extended consultation during dates listed as "Unavailable". I will respond to questions, confirmations, etc. promptly, and will get back to you for more lengthy discussions as soon as possible. Dates listed as "On Hold" are pending contracts.
